I love the watch and looks good on my wristPretty watch, but the clasp came broken and it's almost impossible to get back on.Looks nice but ticks loudly.I was excited when this watch came, but as I was putting it on for the very first time, the metal buckle on the end popped off! With an original price tag of over $400.00, I was shocked that this had happened! I'm returning it, and am hoping to purchase this item again to give it a second chance. Wish me luck!!!Beautiful time piece..love itThis is a very pretty women's dress watch that keeps time reliably. I love the crystals around the bezel which lend just enough sparkle to look elegant, but not so much that it looks gaudy. I also like the white dial and strap because the watch looks good with every outfit I wear.This watch would make a very nice gift since it comes beautifully presented in a watch box with a well written manual, warranty card, hang tag, and cleaning cloth. More importantly though, this watch is very nicely constructed. It has a Krysterna Crystal dial window which is comparable to Gorilla Glass in hardness, and more shatter resistant than Sapphire Crystal, and a gold tone 38mm size stainless steel case that's water resistant to 50m (165 ft).The watch has a white dial that's brushed in the center with a quilted outer ring, gold tone Dauphine style hands, and easy to read Arabic numerals to mark the 12, 3, 6, and 9 hours, with gold tone dots at each five minute point. The bezel is fixed position and encrusted with small sparkling crystal accents. It's easy to set by pulling the stem out and adjusting the hands to the correct time, and then pushing it back in.It comes with a white satin covered genuine leather strap with a lovely quilted design that measures 7.5" x 0.7", has plenty of adjustment holes, and has a buckle closure. I found the leather stiff at first, but it became pliable and easy to put on and buckle after wearing it a few times. Even though the watch is water resistant I wouldn't recommend wearing it in the shower or swimming with it on because that would ruin the leather strap.For the money and when compared to many of the imported watches that I see, this is a very nicely constructed watch. It has a dependable Japanese movement, is made of stainless steel, has a shatter resistant crystal, is water resistant, and has a genuine leather strap. Watch strap can get stained very easily so be careful, Stuhrling replaced the stained watch strap with no charge though. Great company & lovely watch!
